    All you need is a domain and a hosting server with CPanel details. Incase of Cloud server like AWS or Digital Ocean, We’ll need FTP access and Database access.
  2. Do you offer refund ?
    We offer refund only if we are not able to deliver the promised service.
  3. I already have a website, do you install theme in that.
    Yes we do, but make sure you have taken a FULL BACKUP of your site. Incase of installation issues, we might need it
  4. Do you install theme purchased from other authors ?
    No, we do not take responsibility for some other author’s work, the Iqonic Design Theme Installation service is designed only for our WordPress Themes owners.
  5. What is the maximum delivery time?
    As early as we can get the login credentials from you, we will start working on it. Delivery time might be delayed on holidays. Please reach us on our email hello@iqonic.design to hear from us.
  6. Can you upload my content or customize color for me?
